Please note that Bellstar manages a collection of independently owned suites within Solara Resort. For a seamless experience and full access to Bellstar’s services and amenities, we recommend booking directly with Bellstar Hotels & Resorts.

Arrival, Departure, and Facility Hours of Operation

CHECK-IN TIME

  • Check-in time is from 4pm. This allows us time to help ensure your safety through enhanced cleaning measures.

  • Self check-in is required. We do not operate an on-site front desk. Guests will receive check-in instructions and a secure access code through our online guest app. Our guest services team is available daily for support from 7 am - 11 pm.

CHECK-OUT TIME

  • Check-out time is 10am. This allows us time to help ensure your safety through enhanced cleaning measures.

PARKING

  • Please note that beginning December 1, 2025, Solara Resort will require all guests to register for complimentary parkade parking. Parking information will be provided on check-in day.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Solara Resort is not universally wheelchair-accessible; please contact our service team to inquire about potential limitations.

POOL & HOT TUB

  • The resort pool and hot tub are open from 8am - 10pm.

FITNESS CENTRE

  • There is a fitness centre on-site with access through One Wellness. Hours of operation may vary; please contact One Wellness to confirm hours if needed.


Pet-Friendly Accommodations

Bellstar Suites at Solara Resort have a few select pet-friendly rooms and they are subject to availability.  Please contact our guest services team to check the availability of our limited pet-friendly 2-bedroom units and our pet policy. Please note that pet-friendly accommodation must be confirmed with the booking agent prior to arrival. Bellstar reserves the right to refuse any pet not previously confirmed prior to booking.  A $500 per stay cleaning fee may be charged for any pets in non-pet friendly designated suites.  Special requests such as floor or building requests are not guaranteed if booking a pet-friendly suite.

  • Pet Size Allowed: Small - 40lbs or less

  • Pet Guest Fee: $25 per night (up to $100 per stay)

  • Pet Types Allowed: Dogs and cats only

  • Allowed Pets per Unit: 1 pet maximum for all available room types

  • Leashes Required

  • No Seasonal Restrictions

  • Additional Pet Policies: Noise from pets must not interrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests at the resort. The owner of the pet accepts full responsibility for any damage or harm caused by their pet while on resort premises. All pet waste must be picked up immediately by the pet owner and disposed of in a waste container (failure to pick up after a pet may result in the eviction of the pet or additional housekeeping fees being charged to the pet owner). Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other pets or guests will be asked to vacate the resort. Non pet friendly suites found to have unregistered pets will be subject to additional cleaning fees.

From Calgary, Solara is approximately a 1-hour drive. From Edmonton, it’s a 4-hour drive. From Vancouver, it’s a 9.5-hour drive.
